Race Bios
I am going to split the different races into the galactic regions, and try to explain a little bit about them.
EVERYWHERE
Humans they are everywhere and can learn to pilot almost every type of mech out there. They are the most common species out their. Humans mostly live normal lives but then their are some special subspecies of humans that will be talked out individually.
Cyborgs are people who had body parts replaced with cybernetic parts after an accident or payed for it. The cybernetic parts can range from a hand replacement to rocket legs. All cyborgs have to be careful of emps.
AI after the AI war they were labeled as a race in their own rights. They have laws about the treatment of them and their freedom.
STRUCTURED SPACE
Excellents are people with the power to speed up their bodies to the point that they can move faster than the eye can see. If they stay in this fast state for too long they will shorten their lives. They are found only among families of the Jet-streams.
Weavers are specially trained members of the AI-Jackals that have mastered code weaving. They can read code faster than anyone else and can make code faster too. For the longest they were listed as just a job but they proved that they can do things other trained programmers can't do.
Blessed are members of the Templar that went through an event known as the baptism. They have the power to heal others and themselves.
Boggands looks like a large Slug with maggot like properties. They were one of the Alliance races during the Dawn War. They are listed as extinct and if any are found they must be brought to the Templar homeworld Edracill, which was the original home would Slug/Maggot race.
Dreidou are one of founding races but are still not understood very well. Their living energy beings in robots that stand around 5' tall. They hover, rather than stand/walk. Due to their robotic nature, their emotions are prone to rapid and extreme change. They are also extremely attached to the human race, for some unknown reason but not the Templars. The dreidou are more proficient with arcanic mechs and flight mechs.
Jackal race is a founding race during and after the Dawn war. This race is held in great respect by the AI Jackals. If you encounter a member of this race best to leave them alone unless they approach you. They are tall, black furred, with red eyes, fangs, and claws. They are highly competitive, still endangered, and skilled in creating AI.
Skilki are amphibious blue-skinned humanoids with a mass of tendrils instead of hair. They stand around 3' tall and have a metabolism approximately twice as fast as a human's and a stomach to match, for some reason they consider fiber to be delicacy. They tend to be the planners of strategy for missions also they take every water mission they can. The Skilki are more skilled with supporting and aquatic Mecha.
Kapark are humanoids with an insect-like exoskeleton. Their body structure somewhat resembles a humanoid turtle except the exoskeleton, standing around 5’ tall. Kapark have a very slow metabolism, allowing them to go for long periods of time without eating. Kapark are very loyal, and are protective of their friends. Almost all their species are male and the few females are often mistaken for buildings at a distance. Kapark tend to be better with Defensive mech.
Tlek'k are 6' tall dragons like race with two tails. Tlek'k are rash and impulsive, often getting into fights with other Tlek'k. Tlek'k are annoyed by human existence but rarely attack a human unless given a reason. Tlek'k are most often seen piloting Attack-based mecha and often prefer to charge head-first into battle before thinking of plans, but even though they are rash and impulsive, their skills and instincts usually keep them alive.
STAR KINGDOM
Royals live in the Star Kingdom and are members of the royal family there. They have the power to control and power up robots/Mechas. They normally do this to the royal mechaguards but reports state they can do this to other mechs and robots.
Bluda are living slimes that take on a human look to fit in better with the other members of the SK. They have three stages the young are around 2’ tall, adult is about 4’ tall, and elder are normally around 6’ tall. The young are blue in color, normally round in shape, and eat dust/mold. The adults are a purple color, can split of small pieces to reproduce, can take on a human appearance, and can control how strong their acid is. The elders are normally shades of red, no longer able to have kids, and can make acid strong enough to dissolve bones.
Bast are short humanoids that closely resemble dwarves from human myths. They are from a high density planet and stand around 3’ tall. The males grow as much beard hair as they can support to look bigger. After living around 150 years they change into their elder or death bound state, in this state they become more aggressive and seek death in battle.
Duoud are around 5’ tall and come in three skin colors shades of red, blue, and yellow. They're genetic jeans are close to humans but at the same time it's not. When they reach adulthood they become mate bonded and stay with that mate until one dies, then the other takes their life. They can mentally talk to their mate no matter how far and mentally talk to people that's nearby.
Klanfro are primitive bird race from a low gravity would. Their beauty and sluggish nature when in normal gravity, make them the preferred slaves of the Black Blood Pirates. If any are freed send them to a rehab center so they might have a chance to return home.
ALLIANCE OF FREE PLANETS
Mages are only found amongst the free knights. Reports state that they had to go through extreme training to unlock their Mana? Their powers is strange and can only be explained as magic.
Hardened are people from the sol alliance. During the Earth/Mars war several military people went through genetic modifications. Even though it is against the law now the genetic code is in their descendants can wake it up through fighting in hard battles.
Dratnick and the Clearvon genetically speaking are the same race but their culture is so different that their listed as two different races. Their around 6’ tall, slim, pale skinned, and can hold their breath for hours.
Dratnick are storm worshipping, city building, plasma welding, nocturnal, and most importantly believe in blood status.
Clearvons are light worshipping, nature loving, nanobot making, peaceful, barrier building people and they decide things by voting most of the time.
Beastions are tall lion like aliens that stand around 7’ tall. Their also called the noble beast men. Even though they don't have any space travel they are counted as an avance race. They live in buildings among the giant trees or underground on their home world until they feel called to help the rest of the galaxy. The humans and clearvons in the AFP are more than happy to help them get to other worlds.
Syntho is the name given to a race of synthetic and organic aliens. The only difference between the organic and the synthetic members of this race in one is born but the other is made. They are treated as equals and look exactly the same but one does have a weakness to emps. Their around 5’ tall, walk on four insectoid legs, and the organic one reproduce A sexually. The organic ones focus on rebuilding and repopulating the planet ship, while the synthetic one go out into the rest of the galaxy.
DARK SPACE
Deathless are people that have gone through illegal genetic modifications. They can survive far more than we expected but we have reports stating that they have to take parts from others. The black blood pirates are the only ones that know how to make deathless.
The Plants if they returned from dark space, it would not be allowed to join Mechacore. This race is the race that tried to kill all non plant life in the Galaxy.
